What we don't do, on purpose
These need specialists, special equipment or insurance classes a house cleaner shouldn't pretend to have. We'd rather lose the job than fake the capability.
- Mold, pest or biohazard situations
- Carpet shampooing and steam cleaning
- Exterior windows and pressure washing
- Junk, trash or furniture hauling
- Repairs, patching and handyman work
- Anything above safe two-step-ladder height
- Moving furniture over 35 lbs
