Are these prices really final?
For homes in normal lived-in condition, yes. Extreme conditions (hoarding, biohazard, heavy pet damage) get flagged before booking and quoted honestly, never sprung on you afterward.
Why publish prices when competitors don't?
Because hiding prices is a sales tactic, not a service. Publishing the table costs us the customers who'd overpay elsewhere and wins us everyone who's tired of 'call for a quote'.
Do recurring cleanings cost less?
Yes. Weekly, biweekly and monthly schedules are discounted below the one-time rates above because a maintained home takes less time each visit.
Is there a fee to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel free with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours a $70 fee applies, and a lockout on arrival is 50% of the booked price (minimum $70). Your cleaner reserved that time and turned down other jobs for it, so most of these fees go to them.
