What's the difference between deep and standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning maintains a home that's already at baseline. Deep cleaning restores that baseline by removing buildup: baseboards, scum, grime, detail dusting. First-time clients almost always want a deep clean.
How often should I book a deep cleaning?
Most homes do well with a deep clean every 3 to 6 months, with standard cleanings in between. Pets, kids and cooking-heavy households trend toward the shorter end.
Are the inside of the oven and fridge included?
Those are add-ons so you only pay for them when you want them. Mention them in your quote request and we'll include the flat add-on price.
Do you bring all supplies and equipment?
Yes. Cleaners arrive with professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products used in your home, just leave them out and note it in your booking.
