How is commercial cleaning priced?

A fixed rate per visit or per month based on square footage, space type and frequency, written into the scope before the first visit. Nightly, weekly and biweekly schedules are all available.

Can you clean after hours?

Yes. Most commercial clients schedule evenings or weekends so the space is ready when staff or customers arrive. Access is handled by key, code or alarm instructions agreed in the scope.

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, COI requests are routine for commercial accounts and property managers. Mention it with your quote request and we'll include it.

Do you handle floor stripping, carpet extraction or window washing?

Not as part of standard janitorial scope. Those are specialty services, and we'll tell you upfront rather than fake the capability.
